Q: Will I receive confirmation of my journey?

When booking online, you will receive two separate emails. The first email confirms your booking details and second email confirms your booking has been accepted. If you have provided mobile contact number, We will also send an SMS confirming your booking has been accepted.

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

Our price is per car. What your quoted is what you pay.

Q: What is Meet & Greet?

Meet & Greet is a service where driver will hold your name on placard at the arrival hall 45 minutes after flight landing. This ensures no time wasted in locating your driver.

Q: I have not received my booking confirmation email?

The first thing to do is check your spam folder, If you can’t find your email, you can find your booking by logging in to your user account or by creating a user account with the same email address as the one you made with your booking.

Q: Can I book a vehicle with a child seat?

Sorry no, We are happy for you to provide child seat and we hold onto it for your return journey.

Q: Are there any time restrictions?

No, we operate 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Q: Do you provide a receipt?

We will email you a receipt with a booking reference and contact number by email.

Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?

If you cannot locate your driver please contact us immediately. You will incur a full “no show” charge if you leave the agreed pick up point and fail to make contact.

Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?

To request a cancellation, kindly visit our “Contact Us” page. If you cancel your bookings at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, we will process a refund to your payment card within 3-5 working days. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 2.5% processing fee. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the agreed pickup time, your bookings will be non-refundable for any reason.

Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?

We operate on no flight delay cost. Therefore if your flight is delayed we will not charge you.

Q: What if I miss my flight?

If you have missed your flight you need to inform us immediately via telephone. You will incur a full “no show” charge if you fail to inform us before our driver has been dispatched.

Q: What does the price include?

The price which is quoted is the price you pay, however any via addresses not mentioned on while booking will incur £5 charge payable to driver.

Q: How early do I need to book?

We recommend booking your journey as early as possible to ensure availability. However, bookings can be made up to 8 hours prior to your scheduled journey time through our online booking engine. If you require a journey within the next 8 hours, please contact us by email or phone to check availability.

Q: Do i need to tip?

No, the price you pay covers everything. In the UK tipping is optional. However, on an airport journey in a booked minicab, you might wish to tip two or three pounds if the driver helps with your luggage.

Q: Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?

Our driver will meet you inside the arrival hall with your name on placard. This is very convenient and totally free of charge.

Q: When do I need to be at the airport?

We advise you get to the airport as early as possible. You should always allow 30 minutes to get through security. Long-haul and El Al: three hours before scheduled departure European flights: two hours before scheduled departure UK and Ireland flights: 90 minutes before scheduled departure

Q: How much time do I need to leave from my flight landing to booking a taxi?

The time can vary quite a lot depending on airport and time of day. We recommend you book for 45 minutes after you land and also give us your flight number. Our experienced drivers will know how long you need to come out of the terminal.

Q: Are your drivers licensed?

Yes, it is required by UK Law that all private hire companies and drivers are licensed by the Public Carriage Office.

Q: Do you offer wheelchair accessible vehicles?

Unfortunately we do not offer wheelchair accessible vehicles at the moment.

Q: How long will the driver wait for me?

Your ride comes with a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes for standard pickups, and 60 minutes for airport pickups, unless otherwise specified. Please note that this waiting time will begin from the scheduled time of your booking, even if your driver arrives early. For airport pickups, the waiting time will begin from the time of your flight landing.

Q: How much waiting time do I get with additional pickup and drop offs?

Each via allows five minutes of waiting time per pick up, the driver may charge extra if this is exceeded. Costs are at the discretion of drivers. If you require additional waiting time, this should be agreed with the transport company before the booking takes place.

Q: How do I know you have availability?

We have over 25 drivers in our company, if we can not supply the vehicle in the first instance we will be able to book the journey with one of our other partner companies. If you’re booking for an event like a race day or music festival or if you are booking a large vehicle, we recommend you book as far in advance as possible to guarantee your booking.

Q: I'm a single female passenger, How safe are your drivers?

When you travel with us, you’ll travel with approved drivers only. These are the driver who has gone through a strict vetting process. All drivers have a minimum of 2 years experience. All journeys are logged, The details of the journey are comprehensive, and they include drivers details, pick up and drop off details, plus the journey is tracked via GPS.
