Have been using Bishops Cleeve taxi's for airport runs for the last few years now and all the drivers are excellent, as is Ruth and her communications.  Yesterday however, they went above and beyond as due to sustaining an injury whilst away they immediately and without drama changed my taxi at the last minute to a minibus/ MPV to ensure I could comfortably get home. Just been picked up from the airport 30/09/25 by Valentine, I can’t fault ATC at all. They arrive when they say they will Valentine is very polite and friendly. Once again ATC has been exceptional, every thing on time and as smooth as silk, George our driver gave a superb driver to the airport very polite and friendly.. congrats ATC 10/10 brilliant You just can’t fault ATC, they are a first class very professional company who put their clients first and foremost every time. Valentine was very helpful even though the airport itself (BRISTOL) wasn't a very user friendly one. Valentine did all possible to direct us and come on foot to meet us. He was very professional and friendly. On a separate note:- the 10 mins parking allowance is something that taxi services should complain about as a group to change as the allocated time is an impossible one to keep within the airport system.

George arrived promptly with 10 minutes to spare prior to pick-up time. The car itself was clean and tidy and there were some refreshments and snacks which were a nice addition. Despite having to divert whilst on route to Bristol Airport due to a motorway incident, George’s knowledge meant that we still arrived with plenty of time to spare. Due to be collected early hours of the morning after a return flight, but if this is as smooth as the journey to the airport then I fully recommend using the services provided by Airport Taxi Cheltenham
